The Inner Circle is an invite-only monthly roundtable meetup designed to help high-integrity entrepreneurs cultivate more self-awareness, professional clarity, and a deep and broad network.

You will not be subjected to an hour-long elevator pitch firing squad. In fact, we are a sales and elevator pitch free space.

Because while we do intend this group to be a meaningful part of your collaboration and referral network, we recognize that the most important variable is not understanding “what you do” but truly understanding “who you are.”

The Inner Circle Meeting Format

We are a sales-pitch and elevator-pitch free space.
Failure to adhere to these community guidelines will result in immediate interruption by the moderators. After two offenses, you will be removed from the group.

  • When you enter the room, you can drop your LinkedIn profile into the chat. It should speak for itself.

  • Each session will focus on a unique reflection designed to support your evolution as a human being and an entrepreneur, while simultaneously helping others get to know you in a meaningful way.

    The first 15 minutes of the session will be spent journaling or meditating on the monthly reflection.

  • Once the reflection time is complete, depending on the size and makeup of the group, we’ll either split up into breakout rooms or remain together to discuss our insights, discoveries, questions, etc., amongst ourselves.

  • We’ll conclude with a brief integration, during which every participant will have a chance to name their key takeaway.

  • We encourage you to follow up with other participants by scheduling 1:1 networking calls and connecting on LinkedIn or your preferred social platform.
