By submitting this application you acknowledge that you understand the following: 

1. Humaniz Collective is not offering employment. Status as a Preferred Vendor makes me or my company a "subcontractor." 2. Upon acceptance into Humaniz Collective's Preferred Vendor Community, you or your company will be required to sign a Preferred Vendor Agreement that outlines our obligations to you and your obligations to us. 3. Humaniz Collective reserves the right to remove your company from the Preferred Vendor Community at any time for any reason.  4. To obtain referrals from Humaniz Collective, you or your company must first bring and work on exactly one project to Humaniz Collective. 
 5. When a client you refer signs on to work with Humaniz Collective, you will receive a finders fee. If that client also requires your services, you are guaranteed that work and may set your own rates, hours, and timelines. 
 6. Your company agrees to apply your existing pricing structure to all customers resulting from Humaniz Collective referrals, never inflating pricing. 7. We encourage prices that reflect the cost of labor and fulfillment vs the cost of acquisition.
 8. When Humaniz Collective is in need of the services you provide, assuming you have fulfilled your one initial project, we will contact you to obtain a quote for services. 9. You or a member of your team will be responsible for communicating your rates, hours, and timelines with Humanize Collective exactly once for each respective project, but reserve the right to change them on a project to project
